Our Team

Bushra Rehman, President & CEO

Bushra has over 22 years of expertise in the management of grants, programs, projects, and organizations. She has first-hand leadership experience in non-profit, academic, and for-profit organizations.

She is a graduate of the University of Michigan Rackham School of Graduate Studies with a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from Adrian College, majoring in Political Science.

Bushra has worked as an executive director for non-profit associations and administrative director for the Institute for Translational Sciences at the University of Chicago. She has worked in director positions in community-based organizations in Lake County, Indiana, and in Detroit, Michigan. She serves as the Chairperson for the Lake County Land Bank Authority, co-Chair of the Lake County Housing Taskforce, and as co-Chair of the Diverse Women In Business Initiative Conference Committee. Bushra also volunteers her time for many other organizations.

Bushra provides many services to our clients including grant writing and research, organizational management counseling, compliance with federal regulations, and data research to organizations across the U.S.
